MJF printing
HP Multi Jet Fusion MJF
MJF (Multi Jet Fusion) technology is based on the process of layered bonding of polyamide powders using thermal heads and a chemical activator. This process results in lower surface porosity than other polyamide bonding methods.
MJF 3D printing technology allows for exceptionally smooth surfaces immediately after the process is complete, eliminating the need for complicated post-processing.
High print resolution (up to 80 microns per layer) guarantees precise detail reproduction, making MJF technology ideal for the production of functional prototypes and small to medium series of final parts.
Order fulfilment times are short – items are delivered to customers within 5–7 working days of placing an order.
Industrial Durability
MJF printing is characterised by strength parameters similar to those of injection-moulded parts, ensuring high durability and reliability in industrial applications.
Dimensional repeatability
The dimensional accuracy of the components is +/- 0.3 mm, which ensures high quality and precision of each production batch.
Complex Geometry
Thanks to MJF technology, parts can have the most complex geometries, as the process does not require the use of supports, which opens up new possibilities in product design.
Low Production Costs
3D printing in MJF enables iterative production without the additional costs associated with manufacturing injection moulds, which reduces production costs.
Wide Range of Applications
The PA12 material used in MJF technology is highly resistant, which means that parts printed using this technology can be used in a wide range of applications, including in contact with water, skin and other demanding conditions.
Professional Finish
We offer comprehensive post-processing, including varnishing, wood veneering and other services that ensure the excellent quality and aesthetics of the finished elements.
Estimate your project
3D printing significantly reduces production time, accelerating the launch of a new product onto the market by up to 60%. Contact us to find out how our 3D printing services can revolutionise your production process and give you a competitive edge.
FDM printing
Fused Deposition Modeling FDM
FDM 3D printing involves layering melted thermoplastic material onto the printed model, which enables high-quality parts to be produced with minimal material consumption.
This technology can be used to produce functional prototypes, marketing models and composite elements with the required tolerance. FDM is an ideal rapid prototyping method, especially for industries that need efficient part production in a short time.
This technology combines high quality with affordability and speed of implementation, which translates directly into its wide application:
-
- Functional prototyping
- Production of tools and holders
- Education and research
Wide Range of Materials
FDM allows the use of various thermoplastic materials, such as ABS, PLA, PETG, or nylon, which makes it possible to adapt the mechanical and thermal properties of parts to specific application requirements.
Small-batch production
FDM is an excellent solution for small batch production, allowing flexible adaptation to changing market demands without the need to invest in expensive injection moulds.
Fast Delivery
This technology enables rapid prototyping, which significantly reduces the time needed for testing and bringing products to market.
Low Production Costs
Compared to other methods of manufacturing parts, FDM allows for lower production costs, especially for smaller series.
SLA printing
Stereolitography (SLA)
SLA technology utilises a process of curing liquid resin with a laser beam, which ensures excellent quality and sharpness of the created details.
This method makes it possible to print elements with complex geometries while maintaining high precision and minimising the risk of errors in the production process.
SLA technologies also offer the possibility of using a wide range of functional materials, which allow the mechanical and aesthetic properties of prints to be adapted to specific needs.
It is one of the most precise 3D printing methods in the world, ideal for reproducing the finest details in designs.
High Precision and Detail
SLA technology enables the creation of extremely detailed prints with a perfectly smooth surface, allowing for precise reproduction of even the most complex details.
The ability to achieve complex geometries
SLA technology is ideal for producing components with complex shapes, thin walls and internal structures that are difficult to achieve using other 3D printing methods.
Wide Selection of Materials
A variety of photopolymer materials that allow for the adjustment of the mechanical and aesthetic properties of parts, including high temperature resistance, flexibility and transparency.
Smooth Print Surface
Prints created using SLA technology are characterised by an aesthetic and smooth surface, which reduces the need for additional finishing and speeds up the production process.
Ultra-Precise Detail Reproduction
Thanks to its high print resolution, SLA offers exceptional accuracy, which is particularly important in industries such as medicine, jewellery, prototyping and precision tool manufacturing.
