MJF printing

HP Multi Jet Fusion MJF

MJF (Multi Jet Fusion) technology is based on a layered powder fusion process using polyamide powders, thermal print heads, and a chemical agent. This method results in significantly lower surface porosity compared to other polyamide-based manufacturing technologies.

MJF 3D printing enables an exceptionally smooth surface finish immediately after production, often eliminating the need for extensive post-processing.

With a high printing resolution of up to 80 microns per layer, the technology ensures precise reproduction of fine details, making MJF ideal for functional prototyping as well as small and medium production runs of end-use parts.

Lead times are short – parts are typically delivered within 5–7 working days from the moment the order is placed.

Industrial Durability

MJF printing is characterised by mechanical properties comparable to injection-moulded parts, ensuring high durability and reliable performance in demanding industrial applications.

Dimensional repeatability

The dimensional accuracy of the components is ±0.3 mm, ensuring high quality and consistent precision across every production batch.

Complex Geometry

Thanks to MJF technology, parts can feature highly complex geometries, as the process does not require support structures, opening up new possibilities in product design.

Low Production Costs

MJF 3D printing enables iterative production without the additional costs of manufacturing injection moulds, significantly reducing overall production costs.

Wide Range of Applications

The PA12 material used in MJF technology offers high durability and resistance, making parts produced with this method suitable for a wide range of applications, including contact with water, skin, and other demanding operating conditions.

Professional Finish

We provide comprehensive post-processing services, including varnishing, wood wrapping/veneering, and other finishing options that ensure outstanding quality and aesthetics of the final parts.

FDM printing

Fused Deposition Modeling FDM

FDM 3D printing involves the layer-by-layer deposition of melted thermoplastic material onto the build platform, enabling the production of high-quality parts with minimal material waste.

This technology is used to produce functional prototypes, marketing models, and composite components within defined tolerances. FDM is an ideal rapid prototyping method, particularly for industries that require efficient and fast turnaround of parts.

It combines high quality with cost-effectiveness and short lead times, which translates into a wide range of applications:

    • Functional prototyping
    • Production of tools and fixtures
    • Education and scientific research

Wide Range of Materials

FDM enables the use of a wide range of thermoplastic materials such as ABS, PLA, PETG, and nylon, allowing the mechanical and thermal properties of parts to be tailored to specific application requirements.

Small-batch production

FDM is an excellent solution for small-batch production, enabling flexible adaptation to changing market demands without the need to invest in expensive injection moulds.

Fast Delivery

This technology enables rapid prototyping, significantly reducing the time required for testing and bringing products to market.

Low Production Costs

Compared to other part manufacturing methods, FDM enables lower production costs, particularly for small production runs.

SLA printing

Stereolitography (SLA)

SLA technology uses a process of curing liquid resin with a laser beam, ensuring excellent quality and exceptional sharpness of fine details.

This method enables the production of parts with complex geometries while maintaining high precision and minimising the risk of manufacturing errors.

SLA technology also offers a wide range of functional materials, allowing the mechanical and aesthetic properties of prints to be tailored to specific application requirements.

It is one of the most precise 3D printing methods available, ideal for reproducing the most intricate design details.

High Precision and Detail

SLA technology enables the production of highly detailed prints with an exceptionally smooth surface, allowing for precise reproduction of even the most complex geometries.

The ability to achieve complex geometries

SLA technology is ideal for producing components with complex geometries, thin walls, and internal structures that are difficult to achieve using other 3D printing methods.

Wide Selection of Materials

A wide range of photopolymer materials enables the mechanical and aesthetic properties of parts to be tailored, including heat resistance, flexibility, and transparency.

Smooth Print Surface

SLA prints are characterised by a smooth, high-quality surface finish, which reduces the need for additional post-processing and speeds up the overall production workflow.

Ultra-Precise Detail Reproduction

Thanks to its high print resolution, SLA delivers exceptional accuracy, which is particularly important in industries such as medicine, jewellery, prototyping, and precision tooling.
