THE CHALLENGE
Classic Porsche 911 interiors often suffer from cracked plastic, worn
steering wheels and outdated trim components that no longer match the
value of the vehicle. For collectors and restoration workshops, standard
aftermarket replacements are rarely good enough: fitment, material
quality and bespoke aesthetics must meet OEM-level expectations. The
challenge was to recreate complex, low-volume cockpit components with
precision, durability and a luxury finish worthy of the car.
THE SOLUTION:
ENGINEERED CRAFTSMANSHIP
Manufaktura8 developed a complete bespoke interior refinement kit by
combining 3D scanning, reverse engineering, additive manufacturing and
premium hand-finishing. The original cockpit geometry was digitally
captured and transformed into structurally optimized, heat-resistant
components with OEM-style fitment. Each part was then finished by
master craftsmen using premium Nappa leather and classic houndstooth
textile inserts. The result is a bolt-on luxury upgrade that preserves the
character of the Porsche 911 while elevating its tactile quality, visual
identity and perceived value.
